Baking Process. Bread dough can be made by three methods. First sponge and dough method, this method is made in two stages, first by making the dough starter, the starter dough and then add other ingredients, stirring until smooth new fermented. Both straight dough method. This method is most appropriate because all the ingredients mixed into one, stirring until smooth and in fermented. Last is the method of no-time dough, pembuatanya same process as straight dough method but the fermentation process is shortened and even sometimes not fermented.
Disadvantages of this method, the volume of bread would not be maximal, the distinctive aroma of bread is not formed and require more bread improver as materials developers. The use in making bread oven temperature should also be appropriate. The most suitable temperature is the range of 180-200 degrees C with baking time 20-25 minutes.
